Description
Wash in cool to warm water with a mild detergent.
As Flannelette is pure cotton and goes through a brushing process to obtain the soft Flannel finish, it is therefore natural to experience some fluffing and pilling.
To minimize these effects we suggest the following:
Fill a tub with hot water – add Soap Powder or Detergent
Add sheet – Swirl around making sure sheet is fully soaked
Add half Cup of Methylated Spirits, a tablespoon of Eucalyptus oil.
Swirl gently for a few minutes. Remove
Squeeze (do not rinse) Hang out to line dry.
After washing the sheets can be tumble dried on a cool to warm cycle, which will help remove some of the excess fibres.
